Flat or flatmate?

Unfortuntly I'm currently desprite to find a new flat or a new flatmate, as my current flatmate has just annoced he's moving up to Auckland sometime next month. And no he hasn't decided *when* exaclty he's going up, which makes things that much worse of course! So I was really hoping someone out there knows of a fkat that needs a new flatmate or someone who is looking for a new flat. I would be *very* grateful for any help in this matter! Thanks Gerry.
