Flat or Flatmate

Sorry about asking people left and right and center about this, but I am abslotly desprite at the moment. (Yes I am in full panic mode unfortuntly :P ). But my flatmate has just annoced that he's moving to Auckland sometime next month, which means I need to find a new flatmate asap or a new flat. Rent and basic expenises, (other than food of course) in my current place would be about $117.50 a week each which would cover the rent, the power and the phone/staurn bill. There's also a car port which I can't use as I don't have a car! If anyone knows of any flats in the same price range, could you please tell me and please this message on to anyone you know & trust who is also looking for a flat... Thanks :)
